Rental Policies & Expectations

Process

• Fill out the rental request form

• Rentals confirmed once payment is received

Expectations

• Clean up after use (floor, mirrors, surfaces)

• No food inside; no street shoes on the dance floor

• Respect rental times (start/finish promptly)

• Lock up properly; lost keys = renter responsibility

• No alterations to the studio without approval

• Provide liability insurance or signed waivers

• PPAC not liable for injury/damages during rental

• 5 days’ notice required for cancellations (fees may apply)

Payments

• Payment due before rental (or by the 1st for recurring bookings)

• Accepted: Cash, check, PayPal, Venmo

• Late fee: $5/day. Returned checks: $25 fee
